That's entirely up to you. 30 minute consultations are free of charge to get a better picture of what you're needing in your career search before any talk of service / payment.

Our recruitment process involves initial candidate screening, cultural fit analysis, and final placement. We ensure that every candidate aligns with your company's values and requirements.

Recruitment Process Duration

The recruitment process duration varies based on the position and candidate availability. On average, it takes between 4 to 6 weeks to finalize a placement. There's a fine line between a candidate that can do the job, and one that is right for the job. We find candidates that are right for the job.
